Beautifully detailed, inspiring medallion, featuring The Virgin Mary on the front. Inscription reads "O Mary conceived without sin pray for us who have recourse to thee". Made of metal (not sterling silver), and in great condition (even though I didn't take the greatest pictures of this :)
