Is this item used or damaged and repaired? The auction I won from someone else that was a black pen version of this kind. It came used dry, had a cracked tip and was repaired with permanent marker with dried ink stuck on the inside.

I dont appreciate you putting that up on my listing especially after i took a look at ur won list and failed to find the black one you won. did you forget to leave feed back for that pen is thst why i cld not find it????? dont be mad cause i didn't gin it to you when you asked. i have a black one also. both are new in box like i put in my description. what you put up was very disrespectful to me!! though bout seeing if u wanted the black one but you can forget that!!!!!!!

I wasn't being disrespectful. It was a question about the condition. The other auction is in dispute. That's probably why it's not showing. It has nothing to do with the GIN.
