The listing, Silver Presidential Coin - Harry Truman has ended.

10mm, 92.5% silver coin commemorating Harry Truman, our 33rd president, serving 1945 - 1953. One of only a handful of 'unelected' presidents, he succeeded FDR and was the only president in history to use nuclear weapons; on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, bringing WWII to an end.

The original packaging from the mint says 'sterling silver', but the coin itself is not marked.

I believe the original minting was 1968-1973 at the latest.

Cardboard with text from the mint is for display only, not included in the auction.
