Both are 15" across ...around would be 30"...and yes they are long for sure☺I got to wear on vacation but never did...Wore my always black go to pair instead ☺

The waist measurement is unstretched is that correct? My waist goes up and down because of colon problems and bloating. Thank you

Yes unstretched.... I can stretch them the waist green ones 21" and grey almost 24"☺

Think you could take out the elastic in the green ones it is about an inch wide and put a string or skinny elastic for more give☺
