Where did you redeem if you say you may have points available. If you redeemed anywhere else other than digitalcopyplus.com there's a chance there's no reward points. Can you check code at the disneymovierewards.com site? Just don't log in, enter code and it should tell you if points and code are good. If it takes you to log in points and movie are gone. Thank you in advance.

I redeemed through vudu. I say there may be points because I don't use them, so I'm not familiar with the process and the paper doesn't mention anything, so I just didn't know.

I did, but even when using a brand new Disney code, that I just bought yesterday, it's prompting me to log in first. I've tried three different codes that I have for three different movies all telling me to log in first, so maybe I'm not doing something right.

Well what I do is click on the rewards star and it brings you up a place where it tells you to put in your code without actually logging in. Hope it helps out if it still sends you to log in after your click on star or press star on your smart phone, I think it's gone and I'm going to have to pass.
