VERY OLD! 1800'S IRELAND HIBERNIA HALF PENNY- GEORGE III COPPER COIN
This auction is for an 1800'S IRELAND HIBERNIA HALF PENNY Coin. This coin is circulated. It is in good condition considering its age. The coin is from the very early 1800’s. The date on the coin appears to be 1804 or 1805; however as the coin is aged, the last number is very difficult to see. The date 180 is easy to see, but the last number is very faded. If you hold it close, it seems that the number is a 4 or 5. However, since I can’t be sure, I can tell you that the coin’s age is somewhere between 1800-1809. Very old!
I am not a coin grader, nor a collector. I’m just selling off some old coins I’ve picked up here and there over the years because I thought they were very interesting. Now I have too many coins and don’t want to bring so many with me when I move to a new home.
Please see pictures for condition. The item shown in listing photos is the actual item you are bidding on. You will have to grade the item to determine it’s worth to you. I will set GIN based on what I think the coin is worth.
*All coins are shipped in a protective sleeve.
*As the coin is very old, it was extremely hard to photograph it to provide you the most detail. I have provided several photos of the coin in various lighting and backgrounds to provide the best images that I can.
Please insure that you review both the description and photos before bidding. Thanks and happy bidding!
