These jeans are by Woman Within and are a size 30 (4X), and they are petit. I'm 5'4" and they reach the ankles on me. They look even shorter in the picture, but if you are on the shorter side and plus sized these will be the perfect fit. They have elastic in the waistline, too.

Do the legs stretch?

Well, this picture makes them look more like capris but they are full length jeans, but they are petit. Like I said, I am 5'4" and they go to my ankles. The jeans don't stretch in the legs, but the waist does have elastic.
