I got it with my recently purchased copy of Destiny on PS4, but it does not add on to an existing membership - and I still have 10 months left on my subscription. Are you sure it only works in NA? Not in UK? Also do you have a 12 month code?

No, no 12 month codes unfortunately. This is just an unused 30 day code that came with Destiny. I guess I can't say 100% that it won't work in the UK, but generally speaking game downloads and code are region specific. I sell a lot of digital games on here, and a NA code won't work on an EA or AU or JP account, for example. I would imagine that would hold true here as well.

I'm not quite sure what you mean. You can us it when your current subscription runs out, and during that extra month you can still pick up PS+ freebie games, yes.
