You go to the photostamps.com website after receiving the gift certificate, which contains the code you need for the website, and you create the stamp yourself by uploading the photo you want.

I can e-mail or send you the code after the auction.

They're an actual stamp and you can put a picture on it. That's my stamps with my cat on them. So you could put your family picture or similar and then put onto your Christmas card envelope.
