this is a brand new with tags Just My Size plus size womens shirt..The color of this shirt is called Ruby Stone..this top is a 3x 22/24 it is made out of 64% polyester,32% rayon,4% spandex lace,67% cotton,and 33% nylon...this top has elastic under the breast, for that slimming look,and has a see through neck line..this top is very nice and I have a black one just like this one and they are very comfy...

i stretched the shirt completely out and it measured 33 and 1/2 so all the way around would be like 67inches ..not sure if I did it right..never had to measure anything..hope this helps
