This is a 1935 'E' Series Silver Certificate. Circulated. Has the blue ink on serial number and seal.
Perfect for someone who collects coins/historic currency.
I'm only auctioning because I don't hobby collectors' coins; currency and I'm sure there is someone out there who will appreciate it.

No. I'm sorry. I inherited it from my grandma with some of her things and it had just been in an envelope. I put it in a new envelope and have had it put up since. Honestly, I don't know much about collector currency - I wasn't even aware that they made sleeves for bills.
