The listing, Shandon Donegal Tweed Cap has ended.
This tweed was woven from pure new wool in county Donegal (Ireland). This style of hat is called the Curragh cap from the world famous makers - Shandon in Cork. The fabric has colors and character of the Irish countryside. Ruggedness to wear well. Softness for comfort. I bought this cap for my husband but it was too small so I ended up ordering a larger one for him. This one is a size 7 Medium (22 1/2"). He loves his cap and wears it on cold days in fall and winter. These caps cost $42.98 new. This one has never been worn. The first photo is a stock photo, the others are the actual cap. I would say that the prime color is gray (more like the stock photo). I've seen girls/ladies wear this type of cap also. From a smoke-free home. Happy Bidding!
