Great little wooden box decorated in what I believe is a 5 side applique depicting Herons,storks, cranes? and one lonesome cat. This is a cool little box that looks like it is blue under black paint that gives it a carved look. Shipped anywhere USA with tracking.

Beautiful! I have been looking for one to contain the ashes of my cat Thomas. Its the only one I've seen that seems appropriate. Fingers crossed!!

I think the word ossuary is generally used in reference to human remains, I'm going to abuse it and say this would make a cool cat ossuary.

May I ask how deep it is? The dollar helps a little but not with all the dimensions.

sure (I was being purposely evasive there, apologies, mostly due to an ingrained avoidance to work in general) it's approx 6 1/2" X 3 1/2" X 3 1/2" with a concave or "sarcophagus" lid. these are of course outside dimensions.

Just a little more work? The dollar is 6" was wondering if you had a 3 1/2 X 5 index card to see if it would fit? Been looking for a neat recipe box, wondering if the cards would get bent. Thanks!
