I prefer paypal for payment of shipping. This is super important for the ones who do pay with paypal - send it to me as a GIFT. Do not send it any other way because they take out 2.9% + .30 when you say it is a purchase. This will keep the shipping costs as low as I can possibly make them. According to Lista rules, I have to have delivery confirmation. This costs .19 cents no mater what it is I am shipping. I charge for the envelopes and I keep that price down by buying them at the dollar store. Shipping is not cheap. It's robbery! You do your part and I will keep on doing my part by keeping the prices as low as I can make them. Once I receive the money for shipping, I will send your item. It says one size fits most on the tag. They may not fit him. If you go to the website where they have that exact one, it may give you more information on that.

If you send it to me as a gift and we end up in a dispute, I will still refund your money back as a gift to you. I’m only trying to keep the cost of shipping down. I am not here to rip anyone off for a few dollars. (I don’t think I can move away and settle in another place on the money I get from shipping here.) I just don’t see it as being quite enough for me. (If you don’t like sending it as a gift add another .50 to the price you see now.)

^^ If you send it as a "payment" or "gift" rather than "personal" you can dispute it, if for some reason something could go wrong. If you make payment through paypal with "personal" you in no way can dispute anything that could go wrong.
