This is the Klutz book of Magic. Like all Klutz books for kids, it comes with accessories sealed onto the front of the book-- in this case a scarf, rope and 3 other props I cannot see. So it's really more of an imaginative toy than a book.

It never been used, nor has the front blister packaging been opened.

Thanks for asking! Ages 8 and up, according to the book. I would guess that younger kids wouldn't have the manual dexterity needed.
