Black and white heart luggage tag. BNIP looks like it is made of latex or some flexible plastic. Have never taken out of package so I do not k is for sure. Very cute black heart with white accent pattern on it. Great for putting that personal touch on your luggage so you know it's actually yours. I got this as a wedding shower gift but as o do not actually have luggage o have no use for this I don't know much else about it any questions feel free to ask and I will do my best to answer.
