Blue and White striped. It's got no give, not stretchy at all. It was handmade by my friend's aunt years ago. I helped her clean out some boxes in a closet and she let me take some stuff she didn't want so I honestly know nothing about this. It's got a hole in the top (not a damage, it was sewn this way) so I guess maybe you could do a top ponytail and put it through. It's not very big so it's probably best to try it on a little girl. I make no promises that it'd fit anyone.
