I don't know how old this sign is but I got my hands on it about 15 years ago at an estate sale in Virginia. I never ended up hanging it. It has a nice vintage / aged feel to it. frame is wooden and the sign itself is masonite. Measures 19" x 6". In great condition! Someone thought it necessary to write on the back of it (see photos).
