Please open the phone to give us the model number. We know the brand is Nokia but there are literally millions of Nokia phones out there and in order to judge the cost of credits as effective for both the buyer as well as the seller, BOTH need to know what model it is because I'm sure that the general populous does not want to win a bid expecting the Lumia when its a knock-off with "NOKIA" printed on the back of it. Thank you. May consider auction to replace my phone temporarily. What is the OS (Operating System) of the phone?

after i got the back of the phone off, i see there is a Sim's card.. so i will remove it and you can add your own card, and remember there is no charger for it.. Thank you

most nokia phones require you gently pushing your thumb in the eye of the camera and using four finger to push it out at the tip in the crease if the phone to pop the back cover off hope this helps watching may bed. If you could call please give us the number off the back inside by the batter the IEMI number whatever it was again lol that is the number we all can see if it is able to be serviced on out preferred network/carrier provider to make sure
it may also have another name best bet is to write down any number on the back after taking the back cover off and listing them with their titles
also do you know how to reset the phone?"
