we don't have the box anymore but it was never used, we thought it would work with our phone but we had a cheap free one from at&t.

not sure i understand the question but here we go:
pic 1: the charger itself.
pic 2: connects from the charger to a iphone,ipod or ipad.
pic 3: connects from the charger to the adapter for your device (is retractable)
pic 4: all connected.
pic 5: connects from the charger to anything that charges with a mini USB cable (some cell phones, ps3 controlers ect.
