Used, but in great condition. Adult owned. Used it twice to install on my two computers but have since replaced Sims 2 with Sims 3 so I no longer need this game.

It says Windows 98 / 2000 / XP, but I used it on Vista before I upgraded to 7... If your computer has the minimum system requirements, I don't think it should be an issue. Here is a link to the system requirements for this game.

Yes, it comes with the registration code to install it with, but some of the games I have up came with "reward cods" or something like that and I've used them so I put the disclaimer. For example, some Sims games come with "Simspoints" you can use on The Sims website to purchase additional in-game stuff. Hope this makes sense.
