Each wheel is 1 and 1/16" and the stems are 9/16" (just bigger than .5") from collar to tip, and will hold your (not too heavy) furniture about 1.5" off of a solid floor.

These are NOT heavy duty, and came from some lightweight rolling drawers that I just sat on the floor.
