HI Kim yes it is ready to go all you need is whatever e-liquid / e-juice that you want to use in it all you got to do is fill up the tanks/tank wait 30 seconds to 1 minute for it to soak in the wick good then screw it on the vape battery then 5 clicks to turn on the battery and put the top/drip tip of the tank up to your lips push the button and draw in yea its that easy. and yes I really love it to my wife quit smoking altogether and just vapes now me I went from 3/4 pack a day to 1 pack in 3/4 days since I started vaping but still need my cig in the morning with coffee maybe some day but still I have done good. this is an excellent starter for you or anyone that wants to start. thanks ZANE
