This is the first video that Richard released and it is a complete body workout. It works all muscle groups and you see results pretty quickly. While some reviewers said the music is hokey, I think it is very appropriate to the exercises and the user can hear what Richard is saying. This is Richard at a young age and at his cutest. You can FEEL his kindness and encouragement right through your TV screen. I'm kind of reluctant to give this an excellent review because I fear the few tapes that are left on Amazon will be scooped up and I'll be out of luck if this tape breaks like my first did after several years. I am worried because this one I recently got on Amazon stops at one particular place and starts up again
