Sorry phone is always spazzing out. When you got your ears pierced did they tell you that you're getting gauges or a stud. Because you could either be at an 18g or a 16g. If you want to start gauging you ears then you'll need a 14g This is a 2g. The smaller the number the bigger the gauge size

Hm, I'm not sure if it's not letting me reply because what I wrote is too long, i'm going to try posting it as a comment under this reply and see if that works, if not i'll message you it.
I think the gauging stud/rings what ever thay are called should be pictures with a ruler so people know how "big" "small" they are. I am looking into gauges for my girls. They are sure they can use my 12 gauge tongue rings on their ears. needless to say I am trying to get proper gauges for them.
Do you know how small a 12g is? It's sized in millimeters, about 1 point something for a 12g. No one would be able to tell correctly what it was either way. I assure you all the gauges I list are correct because I buy them from good shops like hot topic and Spencer's. If you're really that concerned about getting the right size then go to the mall and find a hot topic or Spencer's and get them yourself. And please tell them how stupid of them it is to use a tongue ring as a earring ..... Sorry for any spelling errors. On my phone and can't read see what it's typing. Any more questions please ask me. It sounds like they don't know what they're doing with gauging so before they decide to start stretching their ears consult me. So they don't damage them. Thanks.
