It was, he was a puppy and a Jack Russell terror lol not a good combination...cute but stubborn. He is a good dog now though :)

Indeed it is...but I adore him. He had a death sentence at 8 1/2 months old from the previous owners who didn't want him because he was tearing up the house. He has never destroyed anything else besides the one skirt since I've had him and he is now going to be 7 years.
