Sorry to come off like that but I "lost" an entire morning yesterday on a PERSON just as I described who got something for nothing from me and then broke the item while OPENING & had the nerve to blame me. Even though I didn't argue and refunded her credits she harassed me all the afternoon before and all yesterday morning until I submit a ticket to Listia support reporting her behavior and citing her messages. It was one "day" from hell.
