no holes or stains that i see,
i washed it before i put it in the package,
we do have smokers , but there not around the listia stuff, i have my listia things in rubber maid containers,
and i ask that when buying anything used that you wash it before you let a little one wear it, because of allergy's, some kids might be allergic to some soaps, ,
anyway i ship on the 7 day or before i use USPS shipping with tracking,
