Christmas is just one month away great time to get that special present for a special person. Here is a Peaches 'N Cream Dollhouse never been used.

I am a honest seller. I got this from my Uncle who bought this years ago for his daughter but she never wanted it so he kept it & then had a another daughter but she didn't want it either. So he asked if I wanted it so I took it & thought maybe someone on here with a daughter or grandchild or some kid who would like it or even an adult who just wants to do some crafting. He spent $100 on it which the price is on the box. I will tell you this the box does have some wear on it but everything is fine inside except for the paper that has the list of all the parts for it got tore up from the wood I guess but it is all good inside no problems. It has some wear to it cause it sat in my Grandpa's garage for a long time til he past & my uncle found it & that's when he gave it to me. But it is just the box & the piece of paper in it that is the only problem. It comes with the building instructions which I took a picture of. ❤❤

I took as many pictures of it has I can up & It is already wrapped up ready to be shipped. :)

I took it to the post office & got how much the shipping would cost. I cannot do free shipping. I do not have a pay pal account. So I can take Concealed Cash, Postal Money Order & it has to be postal cause I have no Bank Account, or if you want you can go online & pay it online & send it through email to me. No Western Union or no other kind of money order just postal. Tracking is included in the shipping cost.
