The listing, Christmas Tutu has ended.

Christmas tutu fits up to toddler size. Crochet tube top is 6" long and stretches to approx. 21" chest. The tulle skirt is 9" long. Overall length is 15" from armpit to hem. Straps are elastic with a button back to make them adjustable. The legwarmers are 11" long. This item comes with a stretchy headband and a clip in hair bow.

I would say 3 months would be the smallest. This type of tutu dress is variable. Measurement is the key. The crochet top is 6" wide by 5" before it is stretched. The longest layer is 9" from waist to hem.

Yes. This tutu is displayed on a toddler size mannequin. Measure the child and match those measurements to the ones in the description. This is the way to choose a tutu dress.
