If the phone is locked, no one can use it....why is it locked? (past due bill, stolen, etc?)
Did you mean it was not unlocked for another carrier? Is it unlocked for t-mobile? Just curious, cause if its locked to t-mobile, then its useless to anyone unless they paid to have it "flashed" or "jailbroken"
