No, it's just the unit itself. You have to have a subscription for Sirius or other XM radio for this to work. Thanks for asking!

As far as I can tell, it looks like it plugs into your vehicle's 12 volt charger; I think it's the same plug as the cigarrete lighter on a car, but I'm not sure. I do know that it works, it was gifted to me by a friend, but I don't have a Sirius or XM subscription, which is why I am auctioning it off. Thanks for asking!
