this is a sweet little coat for you tiny toy girl pup. it was for my chi mix but she was too big so it is someone else s treasure. it is brand new no hairs on it at all. it has velcro strap on the belly and at the neck. they have 3 adjustable sizing . it has a slot for the leash and will keep your baby toasty warm.

it is just the top other then the belly strap. and it measures 11 inches around so if she is not a butter ball maybe, this is on the biggest adjustment. if you are handy you can add some velcro to make it a bit bigger.
