These are beautiful, circulated, antique, bronze coins from the Old Chinese Dynasty. You will receive five randomly selected coins (Yes FIVE COINS) from this beautiful lot. Please note that the coins are circulated and uncleaned. Additionally, as I do not speak or read Chinese I will not be able to tell you anything about the date, amount, of stamp on the coins. By bidding, you understand that you alone are responsible for grading these coins and determining their worth to you!

* I set GIN based on several factors including what the item cost me to buy, what its personal value is to me, current market conditions, and the value of Listia points at the time the auction is Listed.

Hghazel As noted in the description, you are ultimately responsible for reviewing and grading these coins as I don't read Chinese. Therefore, if you bid, you bid taking on the responsibility of grading these yourself. However, to answer your question...I purchased this set from a stamp and coin collector in Paris. This was a few years back. He was a reputable dealer that sold to locals. He was not a tourist hot spot. He referred me to http://www.calgarycoin.com/reference/china/china8.htm which provides a wide assortment of Chinese coins from the old Chinese dynasty. At the time, he told me exactly what dynasty House they were from, but I've forgotten. I should have written it down. Anyway, if you look at these and go to eBay or other collectors sites, I'm sure you will be pleased. However, if you doubt the authenticity of these coins, then you should move on to an auction that better suits your needs as this is all the information that I am able to provide. I am not home to take a photo right now. I can say they are between the size of a penny and nickel but thinner. I'll try to take a photo with a ruler when I get home.
