The listing, Xbox 360 with 4 games has ended.

Xbox 360 with 4 games, AV cable, power cord, Hdmi cable. There is no hard drive. Has little cosmetic wear. When on, disc tray keeps opening and closing. I don't know what's wrong with it. The games work great! Madden has some scratches and the other 3 are excellent condition! Please see pics, is as is

Yes everything works but like I said in description I don't know what's exactly wrong with it. The cd tray opens and closes,open and closes,etc

First question; is the 360 working? Has it been tampered with? Does it have the red ring of death if not working?? Also what games are with it? Can you add more photos please.
