It is printed in cream and red and was packaged by The American White Cross Labs, Inc. in New Rochelle, NY. The tin shows age a few minuet scuffs, but no large dents, scratches or image loss. Displays well. There is a sticker on the back that shows the ingredients. WARNING: This item is to be used for DISPLAY ONLY. Not meant for personal use or use on an an infant or child; as some of the ingredients may have been deemed harmful if used. Some of these ingredients are longer used in the manufacturing of baby powder.
