Hi I have a few questions. I have no idea what this is. Is it like a laptop? Do I need a monthly mobile service. I am trying to find a 14 yr old a laptop computer with wifi with no need for some kind of service contract. I know siily questions but, I want to make sure I know what I am bidding on.
