after reading comments,i would like to say ,i'm very sorry to the lister of this item. my family said what attic said is true. Like you told me, if i don't like it dont bid, so i hope you get alot of bids for this and again,sorry for the unkind words. I also contacted listia and will be waiting to hear,what they think..

Thank you for that. I do not mean harm from the things that I list. I love this piece but I would like to share it with others. History is important and I have taught my children that throughtout the years. I never meant for anyone to get hurt or misunderstand this item.

Good luck to you, this is a great little piece and there are many people who would appreciate it. I'm an antique dealer, and I have met more black people than whites who collect Black Americana. They know it is their history and making these pieces "go away" won't mean this period of history never happened.
