This cute little set includes the teapot which is a penguin that is black & white with yellow feet he has on a scarf & hat that is red,green,blue and yellow the ball on the hat is white he has red rosey cheeks with a yellow bill he stands 8 in. tall with lid and 5 without there are 3 cups with saucers which are all black the cups are 3 in. tall it is made by Julie Ueland and made in China as always this will be packed well for shipping and you will have to show proof of breakage before credits are returned GOOD LUCK EVERYONE
