no I ship to the USA all the time. It doesnt cost me anymore to do it. I dont use tracking. I am pretty trustworthy that way. I always tell the person when I get what I win. I wouldnt want it done to me.

Was considering doing it for you, but too much stress right now....might sound funny to you since you mail all the time...to me anxious of unknown and between my MS, Mom in Laws passing, and 25th Anniversary on 12/15/15, I really need to lighten the anxiety/stress load.
