(Plantago majora) ~Plantain seeds contain psillium (metamucill) and its large "dinosaur skin" leaves contain aloetonin making them excellent for skin poltace bandage. I leave a few Plantain growing in the garden every year for first aid use and it self sews in lawn areas.

The picture with the rocks shows how it grows wild in the lawn. Growing in the garden makes bigger plants.
