A great book given to me in the ninties, but I am downsizing. I used it for years, but can do most by memory now. It has tips on canning, freezing, and drying plus pickling and smoking. It would give the beginner an easy way to start without investing a lot of money in the pricey books found today. There are numerous cookbooks out there, but I've not seen that many on the old ways of storing food. I want somebody to enjoy this book! Listia rules. Ship U. S. only
