I don't know after skate 3, it just say's and many more guess you would half to find out when you played it ;P

PS3s are region free, so yes, the disk would work on a US PS3. But PAL and NTSC tvs operate on different frequencies, so there are chances that the tv (unless you have a HDTV) wont like the video input. Its sort of up in the air and depends on your specific situation.
