Yes, the front COVER is entirely off. I have CLEAR wide packing strong tape I can tape it back on if you like or I can leave it as is and let you rebind it?

THE BACK is firmly attached, attached along with the binding cover attached to the back cover but not to the binder.

NO, none of the BIBLE pages are torn!

Well I just saw one of the BLUE pictorial had a small tear, which I just fixed with clear tape.
