Did u try and rest it by pushing the power button and the circle button at the same time that's how u rest the iPod but make sure u have the power cord and plunged into the iPod ....if that doesn't work then it's got to to apple to be fixed

Ok then I don't I was just trying to help it could be something small and might not cost that much to fix I dropped mine in water bucket and it cost me $99 but they sent me a new one so it was worth the money for what these things cost.....good Luck buddy
