There looks like there was once a sticker at bottom of bottle and came off. I got this in 2002. It could be a goldmine or not I'm sorry I wish I could be of better help.

Are you sure it's not silver plated? I have the entire vanity set just like this. All pieces are silver plated. Fanned watching and bidding.

I'm looking at it now it's not silver plated is sterling silver just needs to be cleaned and I don't have silver cleaner here

Ma'am I gave no idea. If it was silver plated wouldn't the paint come off? I cannot answer this question as I know nothing about antiques. It was given to me as a gift almost 2decades ago. Idk if it was my moms and she got it from my grandma I just don't know. I know it's old that's all. I'm sorry I wish I could be of more help.

As far as I was told its sterling silver I don't believe my mother would lie to me and if it was not real silver it would have turned green by now
