You just have to try and out bid them. Some folks out in what they are willing to pay in credits and let it ride, if they win great if they don't oh well. I have done that a time or two.

I do not remember those words marked on them and they are already packaged up and waiting on an address to go to their new home so I can't look again. (They are with my mom so they can be shipped tomorrow)
