The listing, IPod touch 4th gen JAILBROKEN. has ended.

It is fully functional, but has cracks in the screen. There are no dead zones in the LCD or the digitizer. Just kinda ugly. It is currently jailbroken, but I can reset to currently available stock OS upon request. There are a lot of cool tweaks currently loaded on it. It's a 32gb and it will come with a USB cable and ac wall adapter.

No, the exact opposite in fact. It's basically unlocking the stock operating system to allow for more customization and other things that generally are unavailable. If you look in the picture, where it should say ipod it says Titanfall. There is a lot you can do with it. However if you are not interested in that's sort of thing it can be removed and restored. So if you bid and win, and don't want the jailbreak, you can just message me and I will remove it before shipment.
