Classics Illustrated is a comic book series featuring adaptations of literary classics such as Moby Dik, Hamlet, and The Iliad. Created by Albert Kanter, the series began publication 1941 and finished its first run 1971 producing 169 issues.

Good-not good at all
Very good-WELL read and not much better than 'Good'
Fine- A decent comic well read but not 'Abused', can have a few sore spots but nothing larger than 1/2 inch and only 2 or so of these.
Very Fine-Nice, retains a lot of gloss, not more than two slight "Crimps, folds, tears" and none more than 1/4 inch
Near Mint- Comic appears "Store Bought" however on extremely close inspection you may find wear on ONE edge from a kid grabbing it off the shelf, or a slight bend.
MINT- Speaks for itself.
