shipping is by weight. I put my heavier items in the large poly flat rate envelope at the PO and that's $6 to ship. I can fit 2 large fleece blankets in it, so I'm sure this would fit. or you can weigh it and go to USPS.com to get an estimated shipping cost.

It has to be changed by "updating" it at the top BUT they won't let you fix it so close to auction ending. Is it free shipping? I sure hope so.
